non fat greek yogurt
Amount: 1.5 cups

all purpose flour
Amount: 2 g

tsp baking powder

tsp baking soda

butter
Amount: 3 Tbsps

cornstarch
Amount: 0.25 g

granulated sugar
Amount: 1 Tbsp

milk
Amount: 2 Tbsps

strawberries
Amount: 2 lb

Amount: 1 tsp
Instruction
Step 1 : Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, mix berries, sugar and cornstarch.
Step 1 : Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2 : Pour into a food processor and add butter cubes. Process until butter is evenly incorporated and the flour has a grainy texture.
Step 3 : Pour back into bowl.
Step 4 : Add yogurt and milk.
Step 5 : Mix and combine until a rough dough forms.
Step 6 : Place dough evenly on top of the berry mixture.
Step 7 : Sprinkle 1 TBSP Sugar on top of the dough. Cover tightly with foil.Cook for 40 minutes. Berries should be bubbling.
Step 8 : Remove foil and cook another 25 minutes or until dough is evenly golden brown and shortcake is done.
