
Yoghurt Honey Madeleines

Ingredients

egg
Amount: 70 g

honey
Amount: 20 g

sugar
Amount: 50 g

natural yoghurt
Amount: 40 g

flour
Amount: 90 g

baking powder
Amount: 0.5 tsps

butter
Amount: 70 g
Instruction
Step 1 : Grease mould with some soft butter and set aside.
Step 2 : Gently whisk egg, then add in sugar and honey into it.
Step 3 : Whisk till sugar dissolved.
Step 4 : Add in natural yoghurt and whisk vigourously till batter becomes foamy.
Step 5 : Then gradually add in sifted flour and baking powder into batter mix till combined and becomes a thick paste.
Step 6 : Lastly add in melted butter in two batches and mix well.
Step 7 : Scoop batter into mould with a spoon.
Step 8 : Bake at preheated oven 180C for about 12 minutes or skewer inserted comes out clean.
Step 9 : Remove Madeleines from mould and place on wire rack to cool.
