
Coriander Pork With Baby Bok Choy

baby bok choy
Amount: 4

carrots
Amount: 0.25 g

coriander
Amount: 1 bunch

garlic
Amount: 2 cloves

onion
Amount: 1 small

pepper
Amount: 1 pinch

pork
Amount: 300 g

rice vinegar
Amount: 0.5 tsps

shaoxing wine
Amount: 1 tsp

soy sauce
Amount: 2 tsps

sugar
Amount: 1 pinch
Instruction
Step 1 : Heat oil in a wok.
Step 2 : Add the onion and garlic, cook.
Step 3 : Add the pork and cook well.
Step 4 : Sprinkle with pepper and pour in the wine, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and stir.
Step 5 : Add a little water too to lighted the sauce.
Step 6 : Add in the carrots and stir.
Step 7 : Add the baby bok choy and stir until cooked.
Step 8 : Add the coriander last and cook lightly.
Step 9 : Serve with rice.
