honey

bananas

almond milk
Amount: 2 ml

egg whites
Amount: 0.5 ml

protein powder
Amount: 2 scoops

baking powder
Amount: 1 tsp

cinnamon
Amount: 2 tsps

coconut oil
Amount: 1 tsp

vanilla extract
Amount: 1 tsp

walnuts
Amount: 0.25 g

raisins
Amount: 0.5 g
Instruction
Step 1 : In a small bowl mash bananas and add egg whites, vanilla and oil. Stir well.
Step 2 : Dump into large bowl and add all remaining ingredients.
Step 3 : Spray muffin pan with cooking spray and add oatmeal mixture evenly into each muffin cup.
Step 4 : Bake on 350F for 35 minutes.
Step 5 : Allow 5 minutes to cool.
