Instruction
Step 1 : Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and ginger. Coat meat with soy sauce mixture.
Step 2 : Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large frypan.
Step 3 : Add green pepper strips. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4 : Remove green pepper from pan.
Step 5 : Heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
Step 6 : Add meat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until beef is lightly browned.
Step 7 : Add green pepper and pineapple.
Step 8 : Heat through.
Step 9 : Serve over rice.
