Instruction
Step 1 : In a large saut pan with lid, heat oil over medium high heat
Step 2 : Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Step 3 : Drain any liquid from pan.
Step 4 : Add onion and garlic, cook stirring frequently until onion is translucent, 2-3 minutes.Stir in the cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5 : Layer the bell pepper and kale.
Step 6 : Sprinkle with salt.
Step 7 : Pour water on top of kale and cover (do not stir). Reduce heat to medium and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until kale is wilted and dark green.Uncover and stir together. Season according to taste.
Step 8 : Serve on corn tortillas.
